Background
Edwin is an experienced commercial adviser and accomplished financial modeller, playing a key role in all transaction and strategic advice mandates for Bonitz Advisory.
Edwin has over 14 years experience successfully managing mergers, acquisitions, divestments, project financing, and corporate strategy and process re-engineering projects. Edwin’s experience includes transactions for both ASX-listed and private companies with a focus on telecommunications, information technology, real estate, financial services, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Bonitz Advisory, Edwin was a Senior Executive at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he lead corporate and project valuations, capital structure design, large-scale infrastructure investment analysis, risk analysis, and complex financial modelling.
