Overview

Bonitz Advisory was founded in 2011 by Jochen Bonitz. We specialise in corporate advisory services for middle-market companies in the telecommunications, technology and financial services sectors.

We are proud of our successful track record in completing mergers, acquisitions and divestments for private business owners, publicly listed companies, multinational corporations and private equity firms. Clients have included NEC Australia, Vocus Communications, AMP, Boral, Superloop, Swoop, SFG Australia and Frontline Systems Australia.

The track record spans more than twenty years. It begins with the sale of OzEmail to iiNet in 2004 and includes the sales of Westnet and Netspace to iiNet, PIPE Networks to TPG Telecom, Hivint to Singtel Optus and MoneyBrilliant to Westpac. Every deal is listed, with the parties and our role.
