Transaction Description
Bonitz Advisor was the sole and lead adviser to Frontline’s shareholders managing all aspects of this transaction from inception to completion. NTT Communications, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation purchased Frontline and its subsidiaries for approximately $90 million.
